We Might Be Tiny | South Africa has partnered with the top courier company in South Africa, The Courier Guy, to offer you the best delivery service possible. We deliver to all areas within South Africa from Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping, once payment is received. Thereafter, delivery in Gauteng is 2-3 working days and all other areas are 2-5 working days, depending on the area. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you once the courier has collected your parcel from us. Please allow a few hours delay for the tracking information to become available.

We deliver at a flat rate fee of R89 for all main cities and surrounding areas within a 50km radius. Farms, rural areas and townships will incur an excess charge to deliver.

We offer free shipping for all orders over R950. This is automatically calculated at checkout.

We Might Be Tiny | South Africa will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the products during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification, elect whether or not to cancel your order for the products. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.

We Might Be Tiny | South Africa’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for the delivery of the order. We Might Be Tiny | South Africa is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

We Might Be Tiny | South Africa strives for excellence in its service and wants you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or issue a voucher depending on the reason for the return of the item.

Once you receive your order, you have 7 (seven) days to return it for exchange, credit or refund depending on the circumstances of the return. Should your order arrive damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Returns are addressed on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please also kindly note the following:

  • The actual product needs to be received back at We Might Be Tiny | South Africa in the original condition (unless it has been received damaged, faulty or incorrect).
  • If the product’s outer packaging is unsealed, we may charge you a 15% handling fee.
  • Please include your order number and contact details inside the returned parcel.
